AAA Pro HVAC didn't start as a franchise rollout or a private-equity roll-up — it started with technicians who got tired of watching homeowners get overcharged for underexplained work.
We service both residential and light commercial systems across Salem, OH: split systems, packaged units, ductless mini-splits, gas furnaces, electric furnaces, and heat pumps.
Ask a AAA Pro HVAC technician a technical question and you'll get a real answer, not a sales pivot — that's deliberate, and it's why customers stick around.
Licensing, insurance, and EPA 608 refrigerant certification aren't optional extras for our Salem, OH crews — they're the baseline before a technician ever gets handed a set of keys.

Most Emergency Hvac Repair emergencies in Salem, OH gave some warning first, even if it was easy to dismiss at the time.
A system that runs but never actually cools usually means a refrigerant charge issue, a failing capacitor, or restricted airflow — not something a thermostat adjustment will fix. Ignoring warm air from the vents rarely makes the underlying issue cheaper to fix later.
A furnace that clicks but never lights, or one that lights and shuts off within seconds, usually points to a failing ignitor, a fouled flame sensor, or a safety switch doing exactly its job. Our Salem, OH techs see this specific pattern often enough to diagnose it quickly rather than guess.
A system working harder than it should to hit the same setpoint is a system with a developing problem, even if it hasn't fully failed yet. Ignoring rising utility bills with no usage change rarely makes the underlying issue cheaper to fix later.
None of these noises are 'normal system sounds' worth ignoring — they're early warnings. Our Salem, OH techs see this specific pattern often enough to diagnose it quickly rather than guess.
One room that's always too warm or too cold while the rest of the house is fine usually traces to a duct, damper, or airflow issue rather than the system itself. Our Salem, OH techs see this specific pattern often enough to diagnose it quickly rather than guess.
Turning on and off every few minutes instead of running a full cycle strains the compressor and rarely resolves itself. Ignoring system short-cycling rarely makes the underlying issue cheaper to fix later.
From the first symptom to the final fix, this is what AAA Pro HVAC covers across Salem, OH.
We service central air, packaged units, and ductless mini-splits, and we size every new installation with an actual load calculation rather than matching the old unit's tonnage on a guess.
